2018 has been a big year for depressing news on climate change. New reports document intensifying impacts. This year's hurricanes and wildfires added horrific punctuation marks. And lack of leadership from the U.S. continues to constrain international ambition. But there is good news, especially in cities, states and companies. Building a comprehensive climate solutio won't be easy, but it is not impossible. Join Chris Field, Perry L. McCarty Director of the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, for an optimistic climate change discussion. Field is also the Melvin and Joan Lane Professor for Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies, a professor of Earth system science, a professor of biology and a senior fellow at the Precourt Institute for Energy.
