U.S. Carbon Emissions On the Rise

The Washington Post, Marketplace and others quote Stanford's Rob Jackson on rising U.S. greenhouse gas emissions reported by  independent economic research firm Rhodium Group. The report follows new data from Jackson's Global Carbon Project indicating that emissions are up globally.
